Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb (Croatia)

Welcome to Croatia! Private transfer from Zagreb Airport to your centrally located 4★ or 5★ hotel. After check-in and a short refresh, meet your guide for an afternoon walking tour of the captivating Upper Town (Gornji Grad): the colorful tiled roof of St. Mark’s Church, the Stone Gate with its miraculous shrine, the Lotrščak Tower, and the lively Dolac open-air market bursting with local produce. Evening free or optional welcome dinner with Croatian specialties.
Overnight: Zagreb

Day 2: Day Trip to Slovenia – Lake Bled & Ljubljana

Early departure for a scenic drive across the border to Slovenia (approx. 2 hours). First stop: magical Lake Bled – take a traditional pletna boat to the island church of the Assumption, ring the wishing bell, and admire Bled Castle perched above the emerald water. Continue to Ljubljana, one of Europe’s greenest capitals. Stroll along the willow-lined Ljubljanica River, cross the Triple Bridge and Dragon Bridge, and explore the charming old town with its Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture. Free time for lunch and a funicular ride up to Ljubljana Castle for panoramic views. Return to Zagreb in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Zagreb – Plitvice Lakes National Park – Split

Morning departure south. Arrive at Plitvice Lakes National Park (UNESCO) – spend 3–4 hours walking the wooden pathways above and beside 16 interconnected turquoise lakes and over 90 waterfalls. Electric boat ride and panoramic train included. Light lunch at the park. In the afternoon continue along scenic roads to the Adriatic coast and arrive in Split in the early evening. Short orientation walk along the glittering Riva promenade.

Day 4: Split & Trogir – Two UNESCO Jewels

Full morning dedicated to Split’s living monument – Diocletian’s Palace (UNESCO). Explore the Peristyle, the Cathedral of St. Domnius (originally the emperor’s mausoleum), the Temple of Jupiter, and the atmospheric underground cellars. Free time for coffee on the Riva or shopping in the palace lanes. Afternoon excursion (30 min) to the perfectly preserved medieval island-town of Trogir (UNESCO) – admire the dazzling Cathedral of St. Lawrence with its exquisite Portal of Master Radovan and wander the marble streets and seaside promenade. Return to Split.

Day 5: Split – Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Drive along the dramatic Neretva River valley into Bosnia and Herzegovina. Arrive in Mostar and dive straight into its Ottoman soul: guided walk across the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge – UNESCO), visit the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque (climb the minaret for the best photos), explore the crooked cobbled lanes of Kujundžiluk with copper workshops and riverside cafés. Free time for lunch (try ćevapi or trout) and shopping. Evening at leisure to watch the bridge divers or simply soak in the atmosphere.

Day 6: Day Trip from Mostar to Sarajevo

Full-day excursion to Bosnia’s captivating capital (approx. 2 hours each way). Walking tour through centuries of history: the Ottoman Baščaršija with its Sebilj fountain and Gazi Husrev-Beg Mosque, the Austro-Hungarian architecture along the Miljacka River, the Latin Bridge (site of the 1914 assassination that triggered WWI), and poignant stops reflecting the 1990s siege. Free time for Sarajevo’s famous burek, bosnian coffee, or the bustling Markale market. Return to Mostar in the late afternoon.

Day 7: Mostar – Ston – Dubrovnik (Croatia)

Morning departure along the stunning Adriatic coast. Stop in the fortified village of Ston: walk a section of Europe’s longest stone walls (5 km, second only to the Great Wall of China in length), visit the ancient salt pans still in production, and enjoy a light lunch of fresh Ston oysters and mussels with local wine. Continue to Dubrovnik, the legendary “Pearl of the Adriatic.” First glimpse of the magnificent medieval walls from the panoramic road. Check-in and evening stroll through the illuminated Stradun.

Day 8: Day Trip to Montenegro – Bay of Kotor & Perast

Cross into Montenegro and sail into the breathtaking Bay of Kotor – southern Europe’s only fjord. Visit the beautifully preserved Venetian town of Kotor (UNESCO): climb part of the fortifications for spectacular views, explore St. Tryphon Cathedral and the Maritime Museum. Continue to picturesque Perast – take a short boat to the man-made island of Our Lady of the Rocks church and hear its romantic legend. Free time for lunch overlooking the bay before returning to Dubrovnik in the late afternoon.

Day 9: Full Discovery of Dubrovnik (UNESCO)

A full day to fall in love with Dubrovnik. Early-morning walk atop the 2-km city walls (included) for unforgettable views of terracotta roofs and the sparkling sea. Descend into the Old Town: visit the Rector’s Palace, Sponza Palace, Franciscan Monastery with Europe’s oldest pharmacy, Onofrio’s Fountain, and the Cathedral with its Treasury. Cable-car ride up Mount Srđ for panoramic sunset views (optional). Afternoon and evening free – swim at Banje Beach, relax in a hidden Buža bar, or simply wander the marble streets.
Overnight: Dubrovnik

Day 10: Dubrovnik – Departure

Leisurely morning – last chance for photos from the walls, a coffee on Stradun, or souvenir shopping. Private transfer to Dubrovnik Airport (Čilipi) timed for your departing flight.
